I don't remember them having such long conversations during the race before. Usually it was just racers shouting "Muri~~". I guess all the English-speaking horses are really talkative.

Who was Tamamo on the phone with before the race? Google Translate tells me that "総合記念病院" means "General Memorial Hospital", so I assume it was her old trainer.

Stuff like this really illustrates the main difference between an anime original work like Pretty Derby and a manga adaptation like Cinderella Gray.

She's probably speaking to the hospital staff, sounded like she was getting an update and arranging her next visit
