Sticking to the familiar.
This isn't even shounen pacing, but having to wait another week for the outcome is still a bother.
Adding an unusual set of racers to the competition has (predictably) shaken things up. That's been playing out a little more in this series than with some of the others, as Oguri Cap worked her way up from small ball into the big leagues.
I do like the mixture of Tamamo Cross's accent colliding with bonus SUDDEN ENGLISH.
