It makes sense, since Tanya is a grown up serious salaryman on the inside, compared to the others, who are teenagers like Cid

(Wait, how old is Ainz again? On the inside, I mean)

Ainz is a fully fledged adult, but with his world being as terrible as it is, his chuuni MMO roleplaying was one of the few things in life that brought him joy. Even if he grew out of it somewhat, he still isn't beyond respecting game. Considering his current situation… fuck it, why not.

Tanya was a pretty boring, pragmatic to a fault salaryman, a history buff and had a life. I doubt she even knows what chuunis are.

also his position in his isekai feels the most similar to Shadow's, both leaders of a dark organization where their supremely competent underlings always rationalize some crazy reasoning for their leaders and end up pushing them to go along with it unintentionally. also with the greek letter girls
