Honestly, the original Japanese title doesn't really have the same sexual connotation lol. The verb 吸う (suu), which means to inhale/suck/sip/absorb, does technically translate to "suck" (as in to "to suck blood" or "chi wo suu"), but I've never seen it used in the other way. No idea how it could have been translated to not sound sexual though

They have a different word for sucking popsicles and stuff (しゃぶる).

Also "vampire" (吸血鬼) is "suck-blood-demon" so it is funny because the same symbol for the thing she can't do, also is in her species name.

From that angle, I'd go with something like "The Vampire Girl Who Sucks At Vampirism"

Yeah that's a much better title I think, and it keeps the playfulness of the original. The official localization also does a bit too much translating 吸血鬼ちゃん to "li'l miss vampire" lol; vampire girl is less weird
