Kinda sad about karina tbh.

Glad she survived, but her whole thing was that she only got hurt her whole life, and shigeru "fixes" the situation by hurting her some more.

Maybe girl just needs a hug, and for someone to be there for her for once, despite her personality.

Im not saying "we can fix her". Just that i dont think shes bad. Just a hurt kid that has nobody. So the resolution of leaving her on her own with all that anger felt a bit dissapointing.

Instead of putting trillion point in agility to hit her, he should have just put them in hp or defense and let her vent her frustration for a while. I feel like theres just a lot built up that she needed to get out of her system before she could try and live a better life where shes at now.

That's my biggest flaw with this as a season finale. Karina doesn't feel even the slightest bit resolved, she just got punched and left there, which feels really out of place, even out of character for Shigeru. He really doesn't come across as a punch and dip sort of guy, it was sort of an aburpt conclusion to their fight.

Show was pretty good, but this last episode just felt like it was lacking some sort of seasonal conclusion to me.

Absolutely.

He kinda came off as if he wanted to help her before, then just punched her with what seemed like killing intent. So out of character for him.

I feel like seika could have went just as bad if she didnt get help from shigeru in time. But there was nobody there to help karina when she needed it, and so she kinda spiraled. But now nobodys actually trying to help her. Makes shigeru look kinda bad to me.

I mean Karina was about to kill everyone. Shigeru did notice she suffers from trauma, but her personality is chaotic and unpredictable. And she surpasses even Shigeru’s power. So he has to approach her with the intent to neutralize her. What else could he do?
