For an anime titled like this, there was surprisingly little comedy throughout the show. At first it pretends to be a comedy take on isekai, but starting with the woman who murders beautiful women the show pivots to try to be a serious drama about people who have been traumatized in some way and how they took that bagage to the Isekai world in their special notes.

In my opinion the show got worse for it. The emotional beats didn't really land for me and I don't really care about these characters in the end.

How they were all connected from their past life did not seem to contribute much or anything to the plot, so I'm not really sure what the point of that was?

Still it wasn't terrible or anything. I give it a solid 6/10. Passing grade, but extremely forgettable.

The show pretty much abandoned its supposed premise after the first episode and became a typical rpg isekai. At almost no point did anyone acknowledge the MC's alleged ugliness and his inability to touch women played no role in the plot. It never subverted anything about the genre, it was just "cool" characters being virtuous and strong and the bad guys were over the top and had no nuance, just "I HATE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN" or "I HATE RICH PEOPLE NYAHAHAHA". I finished it but it was a total wet fart that dragged (ugh the casino plot).
