I thought I was going to drop this anime at the beginning and now it's one of my favorites without even having an ending yet

I did enjoy Kamome's arc. Though I did not like Tsumugi & thought it was awful. Ao's arc was more so a highlight for me with its worldbuilding it established. Lots of the banter and fanservice in this anime just feels so forced.

Starting from Shiroha's arc to everything with Umi has been phenomenal. The story became so personal and touching, and I loved every second of it. I am happy the anime took its time, though I fear that a number of people dropped the series within the first 3 arcs.

Yeah the lighthouse girl arc was just absolutely dreadful. Probably the worst arc of anime I’ve completed this year and I binged Shield Hero recently lol. I think it just soured me on the show because I’ve just never felt the magic again that I had when this started. Kinda just finishing it to finish it at this point and hope it sticks the landing.

I feel the opposite, I liked early dating arcs way more, now this plot doesn't interest me much.

I thought I was alone hah.

Gonna stick with it to see how it wraps up, but I feel like it's stretching things on so much... Like every episode has the characters doing the same things, etc..

Doesn't really hit me in the feels either, unlike 2-3 of the other arcs.

I honestly dropped it twice but end up binging it. After the astral projecting pirate ship girl and time traveling lighthouse girl, I just "Alright...the fuck even is this?". After the reveal of Umi, I'm seeing where it goes to the end.

Well, Tsumugi"s is,great die to her being such a great character. Kamome's was whatever. It was better in the VN, but still the weakest overall by quite a bit.

Outside of the main stuff, in terms of writing quality it goes Tsumugi>Shiroha>Ao>>>>>Kamome.

Character wise is similar.

same. it's been kind of a slow burn for me, but I really, really like it now.
