Its such a weird thing. This guy only Abel really knows just pops down from the ceiling, having dug a hole from the 39th floor or so, and then proceeds to cut the head off a legendary monster and then cast a spell 256 times simultaneously and no one bats an eye. Such a terrible aspect of this show. I have to wonder if the source material is better about that.

It made sense to have him banter with Abel at least. But everyone else should be FREAKING OUT. Everything he's doing completely breaks what everyone thought they knew. And only like 3 of them have any warning for it. Even could have just had the dungeon expedition leader swear people to secrecy or something.

I'm also curious about the giant hole he drilled now. Seen too many shows with dungeons actually showing repair mechanisms of it for it to just be ignored.

The thing is Ryo's power is really immeasurable from their POV. He seems insanely strong and all, but you need knowledge to even be able to begin to understand how strong he is. It's just like how Abel had no idea that using magic at a distance was such an impossible thing. Ryo's fight looked so ridiculous that there was nothing to question, it just looked strong and there was nothing else to see, only things to accept.
