It's a shame that the second season doesn't seem to be taking off with many people. So far, this second half has been great. The Inferno Cop crossover was all I needed in my life. I'm also curious if this episode set the record for most swear words in an anime.

As someone who hasn’t seen inferno cop and didn’t even know that was what it was referencing, those two segments didn’t really do anything for me at all. The dialogue was kinda funny but I just didn’t really get it

You haven't seen Space Patrol Luluco either? Inferno Cop shows up in that as well.

That's fair. The first half would seem more random than usual if you didn't know about some of Trigger's other shows.

As a self proclaimed "uncultured" person, this happens a lot ngl, and even moreso lately here (that episode with the sushi house ghost comes to mind). Always weird seeing the sheer contrast between opinions simply from being in the know and not.

there were definitely a few funny moments in the first half, coming from someone like me who hasn't ever seen inferno cop. I loved the voice acting of that half. I actually came to this thread because I knew there was something I was missing. The context makes it a bit funnier in hindsight, and if I get around to watching Inferno Cop, a rewatch of this episode will probably make me rofl
