quick question, do we have the most uncensored version available in any way? or is the most uncensored version coming in the BDs?

IIRC there's a Seiran island version coming out in the BD's

WWWave may/may not sell them. but they may also be streamed on oceanveil

correct.

The version on OV is the most uncensored one

(most pirate sites just rip straight from OV without editing and just suck)
