Thought for sure that there was going to be a twist that his wife was somehow in the business too. Coincidences do happen, but twice? When the first time was that they were both not at a company get-together? Awkwardly suspect.

Thought for sure that there was going to be a twist that his wife was somehow in the business too.

In the previous episode thread I HEAVILY theorized on this (her wife not only being involved in the business, but being involved in his death), bringing up a million things that seem to point to this...

This episode made me lose a bit of confidence in that theory, but I'm not ready to give up on it yet, in large part due to the title of the next episode.

If it turns out I'm wrong and there's nothing more to it, I'll have to say it's the most "coincidences" I've ever seen in anime, that turned out to just be coincidences!

I feel like their arc is over already.

I wonder if it is though...the episode ended saying "to be continued" and then with an episode titled "corpse reviver" seems to tied into bringing back Kase-san...but I'm probably overthinking lol I still believe this show will connect all the stories of everyone in some way at the end.

Ep. 1 ended w/ those words also.

Maybe because everyone is connected in some way and this isn't the last time we see them! Clearly I'm overthinking it lol
