So I guess Nico's mom is still sending periodic messages of prophecy to help her daughter and her familiars out. They need an "ancient retainer" for the future battle with the warlock...maybe...she's not really clear as if this is an episode of Uron Mirage. But what IS clear is that they have to go to Kanhachiya, which is basically a vacation and the perfect destination during Summer Break!

Nico is SO hype for this trip, especially Nemu tagging along, she's even finally acting self-conscious about being the only girl in a group of guys if it means finding an excuse to bring Nemu with them. And did Nemu mention she brought a bikini? A BIKINI!? Nico is having the time of her life!

Meet Miharu Kiryu (Yuuki Wakai)! A beautiful, blonde, femboy who seems very polite and courteous at first glance but also has no filter so he basically calls out situations and uncomfortable facts (like Nico and Moi's relationship status) out loud.

At least his dad seems cool, and intimidating, but he's a pastor who exorcises demons so he's totally on the up and up!

I love how the moment Nico sees a river they waste no time getting into swimsuits to have some fun...but the real show-stopper is Nico and Nemu in their bikini's, the guys were NOT prepared for how sexy and cute the girls look! Though as bashful as Nico might act, she doesn't want them all paying attention to Nemu!

It's your classic swimsuit episode fun, everyone really enjoying themselves, but then the boys start getting grabby with the girls...only it's not the guys, it's the water, courtesy of Water Witch Ryohei Fuchi (yes, witches can be male too!) voiced by Kazuyuki Okitsu! Come on man, Nico was nice enough to ask you how your fishing was going and now you try to kill her!?

Moi's resolve to cut off his own legs if it means saving Nico is admirable, but unnecessary, because Miharu is here! And with the blade in his umbrella he can easily cut through the water and defeat Fuchi! Though not without Fuchi delivering one last attack straight through his gut! Miharu, no!!!

But wait, it turns out Miharu isn't just any boy...he's a vampire! Which means he can drain energy to heal and restore himself! And has just a tiny incisor! He's totally okay and actually into the fact that he got gutted! Okay then.

Nico isn't the type to condone executing a bad guy, they shouldn't be playing judge, jury, and executioner, but draining Fuchi of his magic and Nico healing him to keep him alive is probably as just a punishment as anything...especially when, deep down, he's just a down on his luck guy where nothing ever went his way and society turned against him, who the Warlock took advantage of. He doesn't deserve to die, he deserves a second chance courtesy of Pastor Kiryu!

Honestly the biggest surprise of the episode is that Miharu's mom is in his life and is a total Ami Koshimizu (?) MILF. No wonder the dad still sees her as a woman!

Miharu has struggled living life with his vampire urging and not being as normal as his friends...but maybe by living with Nico and her Familiars, he's finally found a place he can belong! Even if his S/M vibes and the fact that he can read their feelings by draining them will probably just bring more of a hassle. Even so, +1 vampire to the household! Just watch out for boars!
