Can anyone explain to me why dubs and English in anime always sound out of breath and not natural? Is it because of trying to sync the translation with the mouth animation?
Like every time I try to listen to a dub, I feel like I'm listening to a Caillou-Ms. Piggy hybrid trying to keep calm while getting a massive wedgie.
