Here it is! One of my favorite running gags of the series: Kanshi's Part-time Diaries.

The Ottoman segment is just so damn hilarious! It's like a fertile ground for tsukkomis. I swear if Himeko was here she'd absolutely went to town already lol. Honestly, still one my personal favourite segments from this series (even if there are still tons of hilarious ones in the future). I just absolutely vibe with Manzai, man.

And man, that speedsteer Kan segment is also damn hilarious that I couldn't stop laughing at our poor dude. The one that absolutely sent me is every moment that it dawns on Kanshi the perfectly logical side effects of the spell that'd just increases his suffering lol.

  • "Oh, shit. now I experience everything at 0.1x speed"
  • "Oh, shit. I still have to experience the same boring thing at regular speed"
  • "Oh, shit. now I have to suffer this for 1 full month"

Absolute comedy gold.

The best part is when the possible affair with a co-worker comes up and you actually get invested in it...before the actual monsters come out even though you'd probably forgotten it was a tokusatsu show.

Take Flash Time from The Flash, add in a dose of psychological horror, and you get one of the most entertaining yet heartbreaking suffering segments ever to grace anime.
