Oh Kan-chan certainly knows the importance of letting parents having their chances to shine in front of their kids. Nice thought bro this time! I would have done exactly the same way if I were you!
This episode is a full harsh reminder that no-one should live a life that has time accelerated or decelerated by any means - that inability to sync time with others outside is exactly why you will break down way before you know it. And yes, IMHO that also applies to watching TV shows and anime at any speed higher than 1x - that is why I never do it! (of course feel free to do so when you are watching videos for studying or going through lectures/meeting records - that’s a completely different matter)
