If the ED is any indication they will definitely need to cooperate.
But then it could also be a red herring

I honestly didn't take the ED too seriously since it's a dance party type thing and those are more focused on being fun than anything else.

Thats fair, I do hope they hide some meaning in it
Like they seem to exist parallel in the same room/space but only come together for the party
