I was hoping for a beach episode after last week's preview, but Machu sunbathing on the roof in that suit was also a very nice sight, which became even better when Annqi joined her!

That scene where Shuji says that cold is good and lies on the Red Gundam and the first Nyaan joins in only her underwear, which made Machu join them as well, was very interesting ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

So Nyaan is also a Newtype, right?! She did great during the clan battle, especially since Shuji caught a cold, and thanks to that she saved Machu, who met up with Xavier at the station and couldn't take a part in battle.

Overall, great episode! I really can't wait to see how Machu, Nyaan, and Shuji's relationship will develop, since Machu was clearly jealous of Nyaan, who also experienced "kira-kira" today.

The next episode also promises to be very exciting, judging by Challia's words that Kikeroga will be needed (whatever it is) and the rather straight forward title, "The Plot to Assassinate Kycilia".

Fun Fact; the episode title is a reference to a spin off manga called The Plot to Assassinate Ghiren, and this is a show filled with deep cuts, so I’m interested in seeing what they do there

The MSN-01 Kikeroga was supposed to be the mobile suit used by Char between the Gelgoog and Zeong if the original series had not been shortened by 7 episodes. The MAN-03 Kikeroga is a renamed (and shrunk) MAN-03 Braw Bro the mobile armor Challia piloted in the original series.

It hasn’t been shown in-series yet, but the Kikeroga was Challia Bull’s Mobile Armor of choice during the final battle of the One Year War in the flashback as depicted in Beginning. I’m expecting that to make its way into the show very soon, since the other flashbacks were in episode 2

The Kikeroga was meant to be Char's final Mobile Suit in the OG Gundam 0079, it was cut when the show was reduced from 52 episodes to 43.

It WAS the stopgap between the Gelgoog and Zeong for Char, but they never added it to the anime. Looked a bit like a Gyan and a Dom had a baby.

However, the wiki tells us what the GQuax version of it is: It's Challia Bull's own Brow Bro from the OG series, as shown in flashbacks in earlier ewpisodes.

There is still time for a beach episode. Or at least a pool episode. The swimsuit that Machu wore in the last PV before the series started was a red bikini, and not the striped one we saw here. If there is a beach episode I wonder what kind of swimsuit Nyaan will wear.
