It's not just Federation pilots who had their lives upended by the Red Gundam, there are some Zeon veterans who suffered too. Like the Black Tri-Star Dom pilots, who never got to really show off and prove their mettle in the One Year War because Char stole the entire war from them. And now 2/3 of them are scraping by in Clan Battles and dumping Colony debris, all the while one of them (Mash) actually made something of himself. It's no wonder they have a beef with Gundams.
I just love how the two Gundams on Team Pomeranian have their own trading card now.
What better way for Machu to reflect on what happened last episode, watching someone die, watching Shuji kill someone with no remorse, than by sunbathing in a bikini? It's a nice look for Machu. Heck, we even got Annqi in a swimsuit too, which is even better! And she actually gives Machu solid relationship advice!
You thought we were done with Machu outfits? How about gym clothes Machu?
Poor Xavier. Trying his best to find the Gundam but he keeps getting beat up, and there's only one person who cares about him and he's barely interact ed with her. Oh, and Kycilia suspects Challia might be trying to undermine her. I'm sure that'll end well.
Wow, so Machu has to dry clean her pilot suit! That's...so mundane, but in a cute way. And it lets her spend some quality time with Nyaan. Also, I guess Annqi lets Machu keep Haro because she needs it so she's always ready to sortie?
It's nice of the girls to bring the perpetually hungry Shuji some food, and Machu loves talking about how cool the Newtype "Kira-Kira" is...but she'd actually rather check out Shuji as he's sweating. Nyaan is also not immune to Shuji's charms, enough to where she strips down to her underwear to lay down and enjoy the cool MS feeling right next to him. And, not to be outdone, Machu also strips down to her underwear too! Shuji didn't even need to take his clothes off. Lucky guy.
Nyaan is used to getting accosted by MP's over her refugee status, but it's nice of Machu to defend her friend and kick the MP's in the balls...but she's basically begging to get arrested herself. I guess she's lucky in a way that Xavier just accidentally found her again and hides with her in a locker, even if he's trying to pin her down and confirm she's the girl who stole his Gundam. Even if he can't quite believe a girl from a well-to-do family would be involved in Clan Battles.
So who is going to pilot the GQuuuuuuX if Machu can't? Why, Nyaan in her pilot suit of course! She's even nice enough to politley ask the Gundam to let her pilot it! And, I mean, they've got Shuji! He'll help make up for her lack of pilot skills! Oh wait, he has a cold, they're screwed!
Dang, the Black Tri(Bi?)-Stars are straight up going to town on Nyaan! It's practically bullying! But then she finally has enough and gets so ticked off she unlocks her Newtype powers AND the Gundam...and it's a whole different story.
Nyaan is savage! Using Shuji as a human shield and maneuvering around him to battle! And she goes for the kill shots! RIP Ortega and Gaia, you should've quit after you realized she was going for the cockpit! Girl straight up kills two people after finally feeling powerful and in-tune with space again after so long! And Shuji's into that.
Well, Machu's cover wasn't blown...but she had her Gundam and her place by Shuji's side stolen by her gal pal.
