I'm not sure what the rules are around her power are. It seemed inconsistent in this episode.

Previously he's been fully aware of what happens when she reverses time. In the swimming scene, he saw both versions of her swimming.

But in the fever section, when teased him then made him food, he wasn't aware of the whole process. He was immediately at the point where the congee was on the table.

It seems inconsistent in general (unless there's something we don't know yet);

In the previous episode, he was still unconscious after she undid him falling...

So you'd think ok maybe she can't undo physical stuff? But that doesn't work, given undoing a race means the person isn't tired anymore (as evidenced by him winning the 2nd race).

So I don't know if she can precisely pick which things get/don't get undone... (But even if she can, why did she keep him unconscious?)

Given it was super obvious something was 'off' (that I don't think the author could've fucked up like that) I'm inclined to think maybe they cut/changed something in the adaptation so we're seeing things that don't work anymore.

That would be the charitable interpretation for the author. The other option is they don't give a crap and it works however they want it to for the plot at the time.
