It seems like the biggest obstacle in this series is the Westermarck Effect between the siblings

What are you talking about? Kokoro, Ouka, and Seiha have all shown some level of attraction to Arata. As far as I can tell, the Westermarck Effect only exists in this story as a thing the siblings tell themselves to try to deny their feelings exist.

That’s kind of what I meant, they obviously have romantic feelings for each other, but they also consider each other as siblings because they were raised as siblings majority of their lives
