I was another old man tearing up at the end...

They need to sell worm-chan plushies as merch for this show.

Footnote: I was set to watch this earlier, but the ep Hulu uploaded didn't have Eng. subs available. Then it took me a while to remember that the English dubs for new series are in a separate entry now.

Thanks for the heads up about Hulu. I was wondering how everybody was watching this without subs.

But if the episode/series is labeled "subs," I want subs, dammit.

I signed onto Hulu to send feedback about the missing subs. When I checked Medalist in the web browser is when I remembered about the dubs. It was there in my streaming box Hulu app too, but I was too focused on getting the subs to work :-)
