It's episode 81 titled "goku goes to demon land" though the term realm is used in the japanese dub.

We don't learn it's Dabura's realm in this episode but it's implied in a dragonball z video game.

edit: also interesting. it's one of only two dragonball episodes written by more than 1 person. Michiru Shimada did 23 episodes of the series including working on DR slump. It is a filler episode but considering everything, it probably had input by Toriyama or she had access to some drafts. Which is why it fits in so well and got an expansion in the video game. The other one however, Kei Shussui, only did this one episode, it was his first work, and was never seen again in the industry from the looks of it.

Why does Goma say he’s the new realm king after Dabura? If there’s 3 different realms.

we don't know. I would wager Dabura came from Realm A but since he's so powerful realm B and C cant oppose him.
