I love it. Screen is crisp and everything is smooth and fluid, but I only use it for some YouTube, Netflix and some light stuff for work. Only thing I don't like is hardly any updates to the thing

How long is the software support? And does it start from the day you buy or the product was launched?

There's an update on the way.

My favorite tablet at the moment. Great at multi tasking and connectivity with oppo or one plus phones . Just wish it had desktop support like Dex

i had it for a week and for my use case the screen was just not it. i watch a lot of content on my table and the aspect ratio + the LCD screen stood too much out to me. really bummed me ou, because everything else about the pad 3 was perfect

Would it be okay - If I can open 4-6 chrome tabs (spreadsheet & some Amazon FBA analysis tools)on it simultaneously & run some AI tools (mostly Claude)

I have a same class tablet from Xiaomi but from 2 years ago, so with lower specs and i have dozen tabs opened in 2 browers, MS OneNote, Whatsapp, Outlook and other apps.

And that means it works perfectly smooth?

Yes and mine has "only" 8GB RAM memory, i believe Oneplus Pad3 have 12GB. Both have UFS4 storage so super fast.

Today top tablets are very powerful.

I edit images with several layers in Krita(freeware) like in my PC.

I use the Pad 3 mostly for light documentation work, creating PDFs, gathering info, watching media and social media stuff.

Even though it’s an LCD display, it’s honestly not bad at all. Display is pretty good and the speakers are damn good.

The 7:5 aspect ratio is also better than the iPad’s 4:3 ratio for movies in my opinion. It cuts less from the sides and gives smaller black bars compared to iPads. And if you use VLC, you probably won’t face any issues anyway.

I also use a OnePlus 13R, and the ecosystem features are really good. File transfers are super smooth, shared clipboard for copy-paste works nicely, and even phone calls and messages across devices work properly. Day-to-day usage feels very smooth and convenient.

I used to be a complete social media addict, like nonstop scrolling the whole day. So I deleted all the social media apps from my phone and kept them only on the tablet. Because the tablet is huge, I naturally use social media less now and only when I actually pick up the tablet instead of opening apps every few minutes on my phone which is always with me.

It genuinely helped me reduce mindless scrolling and wasting time.

If you’re thinking of buying it, just go for it. And if possible, get the stylus too. Since the screen is huge, the stylus actually helps a lot while using the tablet instead of constantly stretching your fingers all over the screen.

It's incredible! Go for it. The touchpad is awesome.

Amazing performing tablet. I own a lot of tabs, but the OPP3 is probably the best at being a "tablet". Unfortunately I'm an OLED snob and hate gray black bars when watching media. And for entertainment purposes the OnePlus pad 3 isn't the best. Both because of its LCD ((which is an amazing LCD; don't get me wrong), and because of its aspect ratio.

tbh oneplus pad 3 is good but not perfect. battery life is great - two days easy. screen is bright and 144hz feels smooth. software is the catch - oxygen os on tablet has some bugs and updates are slow. cameras are mediocre but who uses tablet cameras. for media and notes it's solid. the stylus has lag sometimes though. if you find it under $400 it's worth it. above that grab a samsung tab s9 fe for better software support.

I would pick the samsung tab s9 fe, tho for me the chipset of it is a bit underwhelming. The reason Im keeping my eye on Oneplus Pad 3 is mainly for the Snapdragon 8 elite.

Best Tablet for me. Despite of the Auto Brightness. It is awful.
