negative test 21 days since sex
ok so last time i had sex was about 21 days ago and i think im ovulating right now, however i had very light bleeding today (im talking like a few brown spots) however i just took a test to be sure and it is negative. my last period was about 17ish days ago and it was just extremely lighter than normal so i wanted to be sure it didn’t have to do with pregnancy, can i trust this negative test?

Yes, pregnancy tests are definitive 21+ days after unprotected sex. Some people experience spotting around ovulation, it's a lot more common than people realize. But if you've only been spotting and you feel like there's something off with your period, it's worth seeing your gynecologist about it.

i think my period was just weird because i’ve been under immense stress lately, like a lot more than i’ve ever been within these past couple years, my periods are also sometimes irregular. but i also think irrationally a lot and ive taken 5+ tests that were all negative lol

If you find that your cycles and periods would still be considered healthy then that should be all good. Your tests are definitive!
