Pregnancy scare (please respond)😞
I’m new to birth control. I started taking a combined birth control pill on May 24. Flo predicted I would ovulate between May 23–29, with May 27 as my predicted ovulation day. I took my 7th pill on May 30 at 7:30 AM and then had sex that night around 10:30 PM. My boyfriend finished inside me. I got anxious afterward and took a Plan B around 1:30 AM. Should I be worried about pregnancy? I know I should’ve waited a little longer but I was kind of confused on everything and when I looked it up it said after 48 hours I’d be protected but I dosing read the part where it stated that’s only if you start on your period since I started it completely after I am unsure if I am high risk.

The combined pill is effective after 7 full days of pills (fully effective when you take your 8th pill). Read the pamphlet that comes with your pill. You also don't ovulate on the pill. Even if you did, Flo would have no idea when that would happen.

BC is effective after 8 days irregardless of when you started taking them..
combined pills prevent ovulation so there's no pregnancy risk.
the plan b was unnecessary and is a HUGE dose of hormones that might mess you up for a few months.
apps don't know when we ovulate and its pointless to track it when on BC

But I had sex on the 7th day so I didn’t wait the full 7 days and take the 8th pill yet, I continued taking my pills though

The chances are extremely low because you already had the BC pills in your system
tests are accurate 14 days after and definitive 21+ days after.. test on that timeline
