How are you confirming ovulation? Pregnancy tests are reliable two weeks after sex and definitive after three. Implantation doesn't cause noticeable symptoms

I track my cycles on my app but I am also extremely aware of my body and its cycles too

An app has no idea what's going on inside your body. The only way to accurately track ovulation is with basal body temping and using OPKs.

Since you aren't properly tracking ovulation, test according to the timeline above.
