Roll back the UI “fix”

Why is this a problem for players?

New UI fix eating more RAM. This issue leads to lower-end devices (played fine before the update) to being crashed every new zone on average.

How do I know the issue is mostly from this “fix”?

Tested it on a new download and guest account. Doing tutorial island. No Destiny Board. Lasted an hour (probably means other “fixes” are also RAM hungry) before crashed.

on my regular account, I can barely last 5 minutes (that’s what she said) before crashing. because I suspect that the fix does these:

  1. Player enters new zone
  2. Fix loads bloated Destiny Board
  3. RAM gone
  4. Crash

Why It’s a problem for SBI?

People have switched to Firefox from Chrome for the same thing. If problems persist, more and more players get the message and just drop the game until the this updating structure of SBI leaves behind more and more devices than the ones hit right now. Losing more and more players to an already niche game.

Login on Mobile game crashes even on personal island-solo doing nothing
