Hi everyone! I’m part of an all-female graduate team researching girls and women’s flag football. Just a note- while it is not CRITICAL, having no centered front cleat would be a good idea, as any girl who has played soccer will be more comfortable without the central front cleat. Football allows it but soccer does not. Lacrosse won’t care, other than familiarity by the players with a particular cleat / stud pattern.
