Moving Info Reserve and Park Riverbridge Apartments Safety Concerns

Hey everyone,

I'm moving to Palm Beach and looking for an apartment with my fiancée, Reserve and Park at Riverbridge is a place that we toured recently and really liked, that said, we heard from a couple people that it's a dangerous area. Was wondering if anyone had lived there or could speak to how safe the apartment complex/area around it is?

I lived there 3 years ago for a year, across from the basketball courts. I didn't have any safety concerns while there but towards the end of my lease, I would often come home to people sitting on the stairwell and smoking. I don't know if they lived there or if they were guests... Also, they do 15 month leases, not 12, unless that has since changed.
