Left controller auto shut off

So basically today i turned on my valve index in a while and everything was okay when one second it turned off i turned it on but it continued to turn off so i searched up and no help and now everytime i turn it on it turns off in like 5 seconds and i tried everything resetting the controller unpairing it then pairing it again and nothing works please help me

Plug it in for 24 hours. Make sure the light turns on when you plug it in. If it's still doing it after that then you need a battery. Not too hard to change out

What if the battery of the controller is 99% does that change anything

No. Sometimes the reading is wrong and the low voltage cutoff kicks in to protect things. 24 hour charge should fix a bad reading and if it dies still after charging that long then the battery went bad. I think I still have batteries in stock
