VM for Governors office?

Every time I call the office it says they’re unable to take my call and asks me to leave a voicemail. Is leaving a voicemail with my claim information beneficial or should I just keep trying to call? Been about 9 weeks with no updates on my claim.

Yes, I am eligible. I was let go for performance before my probationary period ended. My QAs were not improving.

Update: I finally got through. It says not to leave a voicemail if you’re calling for unemployment so I’m on hold now 🤞🏻
