Discussion Pending for 12 weeks any help?

Hello I been pending for 12 weeks and I haven’t gotten any help I contacted Them about they mentioned it’s no clear date and they go by order when they were first received. Just any help? I’m really in a financial burden and attending community college atm so it’s hard to make all ends meet I heard calling the government office helps? I been in adjudication for about 2 months since I first started unemployment

Call the governors office. If you don’t get through, keep calling until you do. They have a line set up (you’ll be directed to press 1), that’s specifically for questions about unemployment. The person you speak with will forward your information on to an escalation team at the unemployment office. Resolutions usually take 1-3 days. Yes, you’ll get back pay if you’re approved and have been submitting claims.

I have been pending for 10 weeks also, tried calling and got nothing, the same response as you. Also in a financial bind, and no one can help. Will they at least retroactively pay? Do they review all 10 weeks at one time or week by week? It’s pretty ridiculous how far backed up everything is. How do we live?!

Look at my other comment on this post. Call the governors office. Keep submitting claims. If you’re approved and everything you’ll get backpay.

12-14 weeks is what many are reporting it’s taking ESD to process claims. 14 weeks for me, payment is in one lump sum.

Did you have any adjudication?

Yes, had adjudication, at week 13 they provided the reason for it and took another week of back and forth responding to their questions.

I just submitted a casework form since I figured the Governor's office will be closed for Memorial Day. I wish the best of luck to you and everyone else struggling in this horrible job market

What I learned is you have to keep calling then go to the office and let them know then they bring you to a secret room with a telephone and it’s a direct line then you get approved, that was my experience at Moses lake

Mine took almost 4 months and I finally got my money. They back paid me from March so it was nice to have a nice lump sum in the bank when it cleared.
