Got approved!
My claim sat for 6 weeks as pending. I was terminated from a professional job for not meeting percentages and productivity. No misconduct.
I called the governors office Monday. Two hours later, my claim was escalated. This morning, I woke up to an approval and money.
It does work.

How long should this process generally take? I filed a couple weeks ago and know it takes time. But how long before I should push?

Wait 6 weeks. Then, call the governors office. If you're being evicted from housing, they will ask for written proof, and it can help expedite also.

I reached out on Monday to the Gov's office after 6 weeks as well. Very similar work situation.
I had my payment Tuesday afternoon.
It feels good to be able to breathe again.

In all states but Colorado, the claimant is eligible for UI when they were termination was for performance (or other the employer case for misconduct was weak/also week.
I am sincerely happy for you: my main goal is to help you folks to generate your own confidence and competence so when you do get a decision, is it not a massive surprise... because equally someone could be negatively impacted for other types of Terminations and all quit reasons
Next set of info that will benefit you is here
