Has anybody had any luck with getting in touch with someone on the phone ?

I called last month on a monday at 11:15 and only had to wait 10 minutes before they answered. When I had a claim last year and called, I stayed on hold for an hour, left a callback number, and never got a call back. Sooo, not sure what the secret is.

Yes- I start my call around 7:58am so that by the time I go through all of the automated choices, it's 8am and I have gotten through twice with this strategy
