WorkSource Rainier No One Picks Up, No Email Response
Title.
This particular worksource office makes no sense.
No one ever picks up the phone. Even if you leave a voice mail no one ever responds.
Emails sent also never get any responses.
It’s absolutely crazy that I have been reaching out for 4 weeks straight trying to cancel an appointment because I already started working (and I can’t have the appointment when I have work during that time) and stopped collecting claims a long time ago.
Yet no responses no matter how hard I try.
The crazy part is I called/emailed other worksource offices, they actually respond or call back but unfortunately can’t help with appointments for this specific office.
If you ever end up scheduling a WorkSource appointment, please avoid Rainier.

Keep it in writing. If you you get a notification from ESD to explain why you didn't do a worksource appointment on time, you have the emails proving you are not the problem. You can also try a legislative escalation. Fill out the form for your state reps abd senators explaining your situation and a legislative aide will almost always step in to try to help you. That's what I did and I actually got an apology from my worksource office. They also fixed the appointment failure state for me. Written documentation is your best shield.
