Adjudication Process 12 weeks pending for a big Tech Company

Hello,

I am reaching out regarding my unemployment claim, which has been pending for approximately 12 weeks. Around week three, a large technology company I previously worked for reported that I had voluntarily quit, which placed my claim into the adjudication process.

To clarify my situation, I submitted documentation showing that my role was a three-month contract. I also provided a rejection letter confirming I was not offered a full-time position, along with evidence from my employer portal indicating I was not selected for a permanent role.

As I am now entering my 13th week without a resolution, I would greatly appreciate guidance on the next steps I can take, as well as any additional contacts or resources that may help move my claim forward.

Reach out to your local legislator. I emailed them and within a few days I had movement.

This is disconcerting. I’m at 6 weeks with no updates/movement on my case since 4/16. I have savings to cover for a while, but don’t like the idea of only being halfway through the process.

This is an automated system. Email it stating you need help with your ESD claim. It will email you back with a page where you will enter your zip code. It will then email a list of your local legislators. Open each profile and see WHO is responsible for Unemployment/Employment related affairs. This is who you want to contact.

Send them an email directly from the states page!! This is important! It’s a user friendly program that allows you to very simply state your issue and you can also check the boxes of others to include - I encourage this.

I received an email from my local representative within 2 hours and I am finally seeing movement!!

Please friends, anyone stuck in adjudication, this is by far the easiest solution! 🙏🏼 namaste
