RESOLVED Re-adjudication?

So im a union equipment operator and work is spotty right now that it’s winter so im on unemployment here and there. The hours they are basing my claim off of were about a year and a half ago and I’ve made significantly more since then. How can I get them to relook at my claim and use more recent hours than the ones they used to begin with?

Hi there happily You accidentally scrolled past the solution on the way to make the post but it's okay that's why I'm here

So the vast majority of all compiled resources are at the top of the community in that post that you see, the one that says

Compilation of Resources post

And if we look at that then we see that... Like the fourth post-down or so is...

The reason they will do an alternative year reconsideration is when you do not have sufficient hours in your normal base year quarters, you have unreported earnings, or you have out of state wages that haven’t shown up on your earnings yet. Having earned more recently is not one of those reasons. You can ask if they will do it, but I’m pretty sure the answer will be “no”.

So I make 2k a week at 40 hours and unemployment only pays me $490. That seems correct?
