It looks like the appeal template on Unemployment Law Project (https://unemploymentlawproject.org/appeal/) is very simple. Would you recommend I go ahead and submit that appeal form and you and I can work together to build my case for the hearing? I would like to get a hearing scheduled as soon as possible.
Thank you u/SoThenIThought_ I can see that there is a high volume of work on this forum alone!

Hi there I am not abandoning you I am just simply swamped. I intend on working with you to form your appeal package, the issue is just my availability
you can use that form to blanket request an appeal, they are scheduling them about 3 weeks out so we have time and appeal hearings can also be delayed.
I have two people scheduled tonight between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. Period are you going to be available between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00 tonight?

Thank you, I do not feel abandoned and I am very appreciative of your time and dedication.
Yes, this evening between 7-9 works well for me. Should I watch for a chat?
Thank you

Hello again, I started the ESD online appeal form but it asks for documents and I want to be sure I am submitting everything I could possibly need to bolster my case. I have a solid, documented constructive discharge argument, and I’m aware the bar is high to win. My former employer signed a document that says they will not contest my unemployment application. Do you have specific suggestions for documents I need to file or specific words to use (or not use) in the appeal reasons text box https://www.reddit.com/user/SoThenIThought_/ ?
Thanks in advance

Dang I really wish that we talked before you got disqualified because we probably could have prevented this
Happily I work for a law firm and we do this professionally.
I'm going to reach out tomorrow during the business day to see if we can get that process started
