Eligibility Issues: See photo

Application: 10/5/25

I have been in adjucation since 10/13/25.

What are my next steps?

I always defer to the guidance of u/SoThenIThought_ but "general documents" seems to be appearing for everyone, but "separation from a job" is pretty specific and they most likely want something from you. Have you check all tabs once you click on your current claim to see if anything shows up? Check all tabs, especially pending issues and notices/letters.

Thanks for the reply. I have clicked on every tab under my claim, and no where does it say I need to do anything. I have no unread letters/nothing that needs my attention.

I didn’t have any letters or notifications that I needed to do anything but did see when I clicked Manage My Active Claim and then Pending Issues, there is a line for Separation from a Job. I am guessing they are linked.
