In Progress... 8 weeks of pending payment
Hello!
I've been on pending status for about 8 weeks of payment. My status has been "Adjudication in progress" since Sep 29 2025.
1) I was fired due to performance. And I have a termination letter saying I was involuntary terminated.
2) When I click "upload a document" I see "Separation from a job" and "General Documents"
3) I applied 9/19/25, the day I was terminated
I was wondering if the mods had suggestions on what to do next?

I'm on week 10 of waiting for adjudication to resolve. When I talked to someone at ESD earlier this week they said that the Adjudication Department is averaging 9-11 weeks of turnaround for resolving issues. He said that is the majority of the calls he is receiving and that he hadn't seen them this backed up since the height of the pandemic.

+18003186022
Once you get past the SSN confirmation the next two prompts are 7 then 9. You'll either get an automated message saying that nobody is available or you'll go into the hold queue. The automated message will hang up on you if there's no room and you gotta start over. It took 5 tries over the course of a day to get through and I got lucky so be patient.

Do you want to do troubleshooting so that you're making sure that this will actually get you paid after waiting all this time?

That would be helpful! All weeks currently stuck in pending adjudication. I was let go from my job for performance reasons aka I was put on a pip, offered options to either stay and hit xyz benchmarks in the next 3 months and if so could have saved my job (almost never happens). Or I could take the severance and leave. I took the severance and left a week later.
The state asked me for documentation. I uploaded my letter from my former employer that shows “involuntary termination “.
Thanks in advance

This is also my exact situation. Are we still eligible for unemployment and is this why it's taking so long?

Is the state rep for 98109 SLU Nicole Macri? I also read some posts where the mod doesn’t recommend escalating. Is my case fine to escalate?

Very smart question. Upon what body of knowledge or experience are they making the suggestion since they haven't asked you any questions about your claim
