In Progress... Stuck in pending

Post image

I submitted a reason for term email as well as my side and proof. I just don’t get what all else I’m supposed to be submitting in the work search and general documents. I also did call for escalation at the govs. Office but still no update. I am sure those weren’t the right steps but I literally have no idea what else to do.

ok so we can do anything because you started an escalation so a decision is imminent

it only makes sense to have this convo before an escalation, sorry man. Cart. Horse. that kind of thing

So I don't know what information you used to do the escalation. And I don't know if you've looked at other information about calling the line for the governor and how it's difficult to follow up because you're going to be determined to be a vexatious caller if you call excessively which is why I recommend doing it via email so you can follow up so there's a paper trail so they know how many times they've dropped the ball... but we didn't really get to that part because you already did it on your own in whatever way you wanted to do but anyway

If it doesn't work within a week, it didn't work. And then we have a chance again so you need to come back after Monday and tell me if it didn't work

The signs that will show you that it did. The first thing is that you'll see a date change on the date listed on the adjudication in the pending issues tab. Because the date will be before the date that you submitted the escalation, when they opened the issue and if the date changes after you do the escalation then it's almost for sure because of that and they're making some sort of material change to the record
