Adjudication In Progress

I was fired from my job on 8/14 due to performance. I filed for unemployment on 8/17 and additional paperwork was requested, which I completed. My claim has been stuck in adjudication since 8/25 with no change. I have since filed 2 weekly claims. May I please have some guidance on how to move this forward?

What if employer is claiming insubordination but there is no written documentation to prove it? And what happens if the employer doesn't respond within 10 business days
