RESOLVED Adjudication In Progress

I was fired from my job on 8/14 due to performance. I filed for unemployment on 8/17 and additional paperwork was requested, which I completed. My claim has been stuck in adjudication since 8/25 with no change. I have since filed 2 weekly claims. May I please have some guidance on how to move this forward?

what was the additional paperwork that they requested, that you mentioned in your post that you returned?

I mentioned this upthread, but they requested proof of the reason for termination, and since I didn’t have a formal termination letter I provided copies of the performance emails I received from my manager documenting that I was on a PIP.

was this fact finding called All Separations?

should be listed in the tab called online activity

that is a standard questionnaire with the option to attach additional documents at the end. but as you're learning you probably didn't need to do that. but what's done is done and we can't undo it and it sounds like what was submitted doesn't damage your eligibility case anyway. but they do not specifically require those documents. they don't say that in that fact finding. it's just a standard set of questions with an option to attach documents at the end

Understood thank you. Is it 10 business days from the initial claim or since the issue was identified? The claim entered adjudication status on 8/25, but i filed on 8/17. I will wait on next steps from you via dm.

yeah just to reiterate what I was saying earlier. The 10 business days starts from the date or origination of claim, not when it enters adjudication.which is why I ask for when people started to claim and not when they started adjudication
