st oswalds way

Hi guys

im setting off on st oswalds way next sunday 7th June. ive done a few multi day hikes camping in fields / forests etc already and managed to trim my pack weight down to 11kg. My question is = has anyone in this group done the route and can tell me what the access to water is like? im guessing i will be filtering river water on the inland section but any heads up to other drinking sources would be appreciated. cheers
