Help please

I’m on probation in a role and made a mistake in an email about a fee for a client. I later realised the amount I quoted was incorrect. (Based on the agreement)

I haven’t fully discussed it yet, as my manager has been on annual leave, but I’ll bring it up when she returns.

I’m now worried this could affect my job it feels like I'm going to lose my job.

Has anyone been in a similar situation during probation? How did it turn out?

What should I do 😭

Point is I can't call them and rectify this error contract has already been signed from both side that my stupid mined ask for half of the payment on email and they paid now my manager is going to come office coming Monday which means I have no working days left even if I try to rectify this mistake now I've to tell her that I made an error idk how she's doing to react

Worst and best part of it is my manager reviews my every emaila before I sent them to client because it's just been a month I started to dealing with clients 😭 and she didn't catch up that mistake either.
