🪞Self reflection Day 17 fitness results and Day xx study results
Diet
Paneer salad (100 grams high protein paneer + 30 grams mix veggies + half spoon ghee for cooking paneer)
300 ml cold coffee (300 ml skim milk + some coffee+ 1.5 hide and seek mocha biscuit)
300 grams watermelon
Rice 150-200 grams
200 grams chole including gravy
Lil onion
1 tetra pack amul high protein buttermilk
Half mango
1 slice Watermelon
Half cucumber
2 roti with ghee
1 katori chole with gravy
1 tetra pack amul protein buttermilk

Diet results
Protein- 85 grams atleast
Calories- 1900 max
Deficit created- 300 calories atleast
Steps-17300 (including treadmill steps)
Fitness:
Gym- Treadmill (20 min) , eleptical (15 min), stationery cycle (10 min), 2 exercises as told by trainer
Did stretching at home for 5 minutes
Results of non measurable targets:
Slept in night at 4 am
Had aquedate water
Targets didn't achieved:
- scalp massage
Targets partially achieved:
- Study (did 2.5 hours only out of 8 hours)

Hey, Keep the amount of Oil in control, 1tbsp of oil = 100-120 kcal, and looking at the amount I feel its overshooting your entire daily requirements

yaar meri toh mummy aur meri khane ko lekar ladai hojati, I live in hostel waha toh I can manage my calories well but not protein. Ghar par ulta hai, can manage protein but not calories mummy kuch na kuch deti rehti khane ko
