I am a new esports player who mains toon link and seconds bowser and link. I have only been to 5 tournaments and let's just say I didn't make my team very proud. I can't hit a combo if a g*n was held to my cheek...

I’m going to get back into smash after a hiatus of 6 months. One thing I felt I couldn’t control was the direction the bomb hit

I’m struggling against fox so I’m trying to get as many tips for facing them as possible. Anyone got anything good for this matchup? I’ve found zair to be good to keep space and nair as a pretty good option for keeping up with speed. Other than that it’s mostly f-tilt and hoping to punish poor options with something fair or an up b. Honestly I’m now realizing it’s not the worst but I would still appreciate some more tips anyone has found helpful

Hello from Japan! As title says, I just picked up the game a few weeks ago. After dropping all the way down to around 1,940,000 I’m wondering if I shouldn’t even try room link as a main. I have been trying to practice the combos and bomb techniques in practice mode before I started playing solo but during matches it seems as nothing is really translating into my play and eventually I just start A smashing. I know it’s literally impossible to get into elite smash without grinding and with no other SSB game experience prior to Ultimate I guess it’ll be a long way till I can call toon link my main. I would like to ask if there are any videos on different matchups and other beginner friendly combos etc, and how do you guys not tilt when things just don’t work out and you get stuck in a losing streak? Thanks guys.
