Angle grinder disc

Got all steel disc the other day. The hole is bigger than normal I dont think its safe to use.

Anybody know something about this type of disc?

Disc in sunlight, all stampings visible.

Op it’s a rotary file disc .

DO NOT PUT THAT IN YOUR ANGLE GRINDER
