3 months Plan

I am seeing conversations on going with short term 3 months plan. Came across this on PTC which most of us use. If you are going with this plan, make sure you have to pay a one time fee of $50 to signup which is equivalent to 1.6 cents/ kWh at 1,000 kWh usage. So your cost will be 5.3+4.99+0.49+1.6=12.4 cents at 1,000 kwh - not 11.2 at 1,000 kWh (EFL is based on 1/12 of the $50 fee but this is a 3 months plan and $50 is one time fee).
