How is the standard Turbine Blu-ray?

Right now Turbine has a new 4K Blu-ray combo pack. It has the standard Blu-ray available as a region free disc.

How does this standard Blu-ray compare to the older 40th anniversary edition? I have the Second Sight 4K set but the Blu-ray there is region locked.
